About Trinity Christian School
Welcome to Trinity Christian School (TCS), located in the heart of Lubbock, Texas. We are 650 students strong and proud to be an unapologetically Bible-believing, college-preparatory program dedicated to developing the whole student-- academically, spiritually and physically-- to the glory of God. Here, academic excellence and intellectual stimulation are combined with a Christian education to produce not only solid, faith-filled citizens but also graduates ready and equipped to leave a powerful legacy on their world. Trinity Christian is a non-denominational, co-educational school for students grades pre-kindergarten through twelfth.
Our motto is "raising the standard." This is the cornerstone of life on our campuses. Here, students are continually encouraged to think a bit deeper, to support their fellow students and demonstrate a little more compassion, or to strive to make one more personal goal, whether that's a shot into a basketball hoop or a higher grade on their next chemistry test. Since 1977, our students have engaged with an excellent teaching and support staff who model strong values and practical skills, as well as provide the lessons needed to assist them in meeting their God-given potential. Our school family (and, yes, we consider ourselves a family) work to celebrate our strengths while providing support in areas of weakness. It all adds up to a unique, close-knit community like none other.
The results of our system speak for themselves. Trinity Christian High School has matriculated numerous National Merit Commended Scholars, National Hispanic Scholars and National Merit Finalists and our students average well above national and state norms on both the SAT and ACT college entrance exams. Our students have gone out into the world ready to be effective leaders in whatever their pursuits and passions.
TCS is accredited by ACSI, the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and is approved by the State of Texas. We also hold affiliations with the Texas Private School Accreditation Committee, the National Association of Secondary Principals, the College Board and the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development.
