What your student will receive:
a. 100% Online; flexible schedule.  Teachers are available as needed for each student one-on-one, face-to-face, and students and teachers arrange video-conferencing times.

b. All online courses apply Biblical Truth and Wisdom.  Our science courses offer a strong Biblical Creation foundation, and all the sciences (four years) needed for the high school diploma.

C  Teacher monitored, guided learning communities.

What distinguishes TCHS Online Courses from other schools?
a. Quality Academics.  Quality is defined as (1) academic and Biblical integration equal to or exceeding face-to-face TCHS classes; (2) courses are taught by Master Teachers with years of experience in the classroom and experience in the online learning environment; and (3) TCHS is fully accredited. Students benefiting from Trinity Christian Online are (a) children of missionaries, (b) children in home schools, (c) children in smaller Christian schools, (d) children in public education whose parents want a Christ-centered alternative in specific subject areas.

b. Flexibility. Our research has shown that scheduling video conferences for all students is not as productive as the teacher and student scheduling one-on-one time to address a particular need. Students can arrange these individual tutorial times with the teacher as needed.

c. Meets New Four-Year Science Requirements. TCHS offers all the courses needed for a diploma with the widest variety of online science courses. Science courses honor the Creator and Biology courses, in particular, compare and contrast the Creation-Intelligent-Evolution beliefs to aid the student’s understanding of a biblically-based worldview.

d. Preparation for Higher Education. We offer Advanced Placement courses where students can earn college credit through the AP Exam. Our programs also utilize the learning environment provided by Blackboard. Blackboard is a type of online learning platform that students will encounter in university. Some states currently require high school students to have one course online to meet diploma requirements.

e. Security. The Blackboard learning environment is only accessible by the students and their parent(s). The teacher supervises the content submitted by students, as well as, student online behavior.
